Early Response Team Training

If you would like to help after a major disaster, please consider attending the SWTX Conference Early Response Team Training on February 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Dripping Springs UMC, 28900 RR 12 in Dripping Springs.

This class will train you to assist the most vulnerable populations with their immediate needs and provide assistance that will help to prevent further damage to homes and property. Training includes tarping, tools/equipment set-up, team member responsibilities and safety.

Cost is $30; you will receive an ID badge, t-shirt, background check, and training manual. Make check payable to SWTX Conference UMC and mail to: Registrar, UMC SWTX Conference; 16400 Huebner Rd; San Antonio TX 78248-1693.
