Enrollment:
When you are registered in our program the next step will be to provide us with information that is required under our State license. We will provide you with a set of Enrollment Forms prior to the first tuition payment which is due May 1st.

These forms (with the exception of the Immunization From) should be returned to the Preschool Office by May 1 (along with your first tuition payment). The Immunization Form will need to be completed prior to your child’s first day in our building (whether it is during our summer Can Do Camp or the first day in the Fall).
